Hotel was nice and in a great location, parking is very limited, room was a little small but bathroom was lovely. The furniture needed a little TLC but the staff were very helpful :)
Great hotel for the price. Very handy for gigs at the Robin, 3 minute walk. in the centre of Bilston so plenty of places to eat, if the gigs not on Sunday night as mine was Clean, good sized room (14 on the top floor) didn’t use the kitchen but tea/ coffee in the room. Biscuits and water also. Has 3 parking space I managed to get the last one but there is a some spare ground very close by. Will be back when I’m at the Robin again.
Lovely little gem of a place, very clean, tidy and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will stay again if the need arises.
Very nice room, perfect bath and shower, comfortable bed and so nice receptionist looking after you very well. Don't need to say more, I guess :)
Not the easiest place to find. Bilston is not somewhere you would choose for a holiday either. Parking very tight but managed ok. Good things were the hotel itself was clean and tidy. Room was a good size, WiFi worked well connected no problem. Plenty of places around to eat and drink at. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent altogether a decent place to stay. Plenty of tea and coffee plus complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern furnishings, very unexpected for the area. Location not great, not very well lit and surrounding area run down. Car park very limited 3/4 cars, but parking available on street.
I've stayed a lot of places 5star boutique, but I have to say one of my most enjoyable was here..The room had one of the comfiest beds I've been in for a long time..it was clean and fresh..The manager was just amazing and a pleasure to speak to..he made my stay much more enjoyable and even though I only live 15 mins down the road will come stay here as a little break as often as I can..
situated in the centre of Bilston it has access to tram and buss service. clean rooms great friendly staff nice kitchen but you have to cook yourself bringing your own ingredients
This place is quite a diamond in the rough. The immediate area is rather run down but the Inn is fresh and modern and very well maintained. We stayed in Room 1 which was modern and decorated very tastefully. It had tea and coffee facilities along with biscuits, hairdryer, pedestal fan and an ensuite with shower. There's a fantastic communal kitchen area on the first floor. Spotless, modern and very big! The floors are all beautifully tiled and the interior doors are trendy wooden designs. The gentleman who was at the check in desk that day/following morning, was so friendly and helpful, he really made us feel welcome. We'll definitely stay here again!
